Job summary

gpac is seeking a Sr. Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to implement ABA learning programs and data collection under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes assisting with assessments, parental training, and maintaining client confidentiality in a supportive, team-based environment. Ideal candidates have a minimum of one year working with children, strong communication, reliability, and organizational skills, plus ability to mentor junior staff for higher-level RBT roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or enrolled in a program
• One year experience working with children
• Reliable, punctual and organized
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• No sanctions of disciplinary actions taken against one’s license/certification, if any
• No Medicaid/Medicare sanctions or be excluded from Federally funded programs
• Must pass all clearances, including PA child abuse clearance, FBI fingerprinting, PA criminal record check, Federal criminal record check, county criminal record check, sex offender, PA driver’s license check

Responsibilities

• Implement learning programs and behavior reduction protocols based on ABA principles
• Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
• Assist with assessments and parental training under BCBA supervision
• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure their safety and well-being
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
• Document service activities and complete required paperwork promptly
• For RBT 2-3: Mentor junior staff, assist in team leadership, and participate in program development
