Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Behavioral Technician to work with a BCBA to develop programs, goals, and care plans for clients in home and school settings.

You will train new technicians, provide guidance, and mentor staff while delivering ABA interventions and creating materials under supervision. This role requires strong communication skills and experience with children who have developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities with supervisors, co-workers, clients
• Proficiency in English may be required
• Computer literacy and software proficiency as needed

Responsibilities

• Delivers ABA intervention in home and school settings as outlined by the plan
• Develops programs, goals, and materials under BCBA supervision
• Creates training materials for Technicians under BCBA supervision
• Trains new technicians and provides ongoing support
• Mentors Technicians and guides case work and administrative processes
• Occasionally handles on-call duties after hours for guidance
• Supports and educates families
• Performs other duties as assigned
