Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician to mentor fellow technicians, provide direct therapy, and help design training programs. You will manage client caseloads under supervision and ensure accurate data collection and documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA supervisors, ongoing training, and compliance with ethics and HIPAA regulations, supporting quality outcomes for children in various settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing with BACB.
• Enrolled to become Board Certified Assistant/Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with mentees during their first 6 months to discuss RBT certification, notes, data, and ABA knowledge.
• Hold bi-weekly meetings with BCBA Supervisors to address mentee needs.
• Provide training and support to help mentees meet company performance standards.
• Assist mentees with paperwork and RBT credential applications.
• Deliver services to clients in center, home, school, or other locations as directed.
• Maintain clinical data and daily paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.
