Job summary

Collaborate ABA is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. You will deliver direct behavior intervention in homes, clinics, schools, and community settings, while collecting and graphing data on client progress.

Responsibilities include adhering to teaching procedures, communicating with the BCBA and families, and helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills under ongoing supervision and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with preferred related degrees.
• BACB-registered RBT certification or willingness to obtain it within a designated timeframe.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision as directed.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral services in homes, clinics, schools, and community.
• Accurately collect and graph data on client behaviors and progress.
• Follow teaching procedures to promote learning and independence.
• Maintain communication with BCBA and families about progress and concerns.
• Support generalization of skills across environments and individuals.
• Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
