Job summary

Enspirit Healthcare is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct behavioral services to clients under supervision of a BCBA. The role involves implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans and collecting data during sessions.

Candidates must have completed ABA training, passed the RBT exam, and be willing to engage in ongoing professional development. The position requires reliability, good communication, and a collaborative approach with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.
• Passionate about changing lives through Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Reliable attendance and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions.
• Run skill acquisition programs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Work with BCBA/BCaBA to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and graph data using behavioral software and Excel.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional knowledge through ongoing learning.
• Ensure client well-being during sessions and manage emergencies.
