PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to lead and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery while sustaining continuity of care and staff development. You will drive clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher required.
• Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework and one year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification.
