Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements or BCaBA certified or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year in a supervisory ABA role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
