Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the ABA Therapy Department at the assigned center. The role combines clinical and supervisory responsibilities in a professional setting, with occasional lifting required and variable hours.

The supervisor will mentor BCBAs and interns, oversee assessments and reporting, and ensure adherence to BACB guidelines. Flexible scheduling with remote days and a strong benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited University.
• BACB Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with at least two years of BCBA experience.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise therapists.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or will train on site.
• Safety Care certification preferred or will train on site.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship of BCBAs and ABA interns within their assigned center.
• Support and assist BCBAs with assessments, designing intervention, writing reports, and caregiver education.
• Educate staff to practice ethical behavior analysis per BACB Code.
• Assist HR/Marketing with clinical resources for onboarding and outreach.
• Verify expense reimbursement details and scheduling records for billable hours.
• Coordinate onboarding for new BCBAs and Behavior Technicians in collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate RBT training including competency assessments.
• Work with Operations to complete consults and schedule initial assessments.
• Foster collaboration with other disciplines (SLP, OT) and Operations.
• Uphold BYS core principles and policies.
