Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Supervise program implementation and training of technicians.
• Monitor adherence to treatment plans and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and payers.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
