Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes using clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours reach 100% adherence each month.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function.
• Coach and train behavior technicians in protocols.
• Work across center, patient home, school, or telehealth settings.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
