Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA treatment across clinic, home, school, and telehealth settings. You will supervise staff, develop and monitor treatment plans, and ensure compliance with HIPAA while coordinating with caregivers and payers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes using clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours are 100% compliant monthly.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function.
• Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce behaviors.
• Observe treatment implementation and adjust as needed.
• Direct and coach behavior technicians in new protocols.
• Cooperate with caregivers and stakeholders to support treatment.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and communication.
