Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to manage clinical treatment for patients across multiple settings, including center, home, school, or telehealth. The role oversees treatment plans, caregiver collaboration, and supervision of technicians as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, with prior ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes by applying clinical judgment to patient care.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly adherence targets.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to determine function and adjust plans.
• Provide coaching and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.
