Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (or related field) is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% adherence.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and payers.
