Job summary

Judson Center is seeking a Lead Behavior Analyst to oversee ABA services within its Intensive Applied Behavior Analysis program in southeastern Michigan. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide parent training and clinical oversight for BCBA candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and Michigan licensure.
• Experience supervising staff and overseeing ABA programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families.
• Knowledge of ASD assessments and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 130 direct-hour intensive ABA caseload and supervise staff.
• Provide billable ABA services and supervise RBTs.
• Develop treatment plans and conduct ongoing reassessments.
• Ensure program compliance with regulatory and contract requirements.
• Support recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.
