Job summary

Judson Center in Royal Oak seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide behavior analytic services within its ABA program. Responsibilities include functional analysis, treatment plan development, staff supervision and parent training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or higher) required.
• Valid BCaBA certification required.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan required.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and own vehicle required.
• Working knowledge of behavior assessments and interventions for ASD.
• Ability to develop programs for children/teenagers of various developmental levels.

Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of direct weekly service hours under supervision in BACB guidelines.
• Provide a minimum of 25 billable service hours weekly including assessments and training.
• Provide parent training as specified in treatment plans.
• Attend community outings to generalize skills.
• Collaborate with professionals to ensure quality of care with consent.
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans and train staff.
• Document service entries timely in EHR systems.
• Stay current with research and new methodologies.
• Attend required trainings and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

Valid BCaBA certification

Licensed in the State of Michigan

Valid Michigan driver’s license and insurance

Experience with ASD
