Judson Center in Warren, MI is seeking a Full-time BCBA to provide behavior analytic services within our Applied Behavior Analysis program. This includes function analysis, assessment, developing treatment and behavior plans, staff supervision and training, and clinical supervision for BCBA candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification required.
• Michigan licensure as BCBA required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with individuals with ASD.
• Experience with behavior assessments and interventions for ASD.
• Ability to develop programs for children and teenagers with varying developmental levels.
• Provide at least 200 hours of direct supervision for ABA cases and staff.
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans and supervise staff to ensure fidelity.
• Supervise up to 2 BCBA candidates after 1 year of employment.
