Job summary

LEARN Behavioral in Lansing, MI seeks an Assistant Behavior Analyst to support children and families under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. You will provide clinical direction to behavior technicians and oversee treatment delivery for a client caseload.

The role requires a BaCBA and/or local licensure, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. You will help develop goals, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality ABA services in a dynamic,

Qualifications

BaCBA and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior analysis.
Strong communication and writing skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to develop goals, plan, prioritize, and organize work.

Responsibilities

Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance to assigned clients according to LEARN clinical standards.
Provide clinical direction to technicians.
Employ clinical best practices and use data to drive clinical programming.
Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies.
Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.
Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly.
Deliver clinical and professional feedback to staff.
Provide treatment by protocol when needed.
Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten.
Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
