Job summary

Judson Center is seeking a skilled Behavior Analyst to deliver ABA services within its comprehensive ABA program in Michigan. The role includes function analyses, assessments, and developing treatment and behavior plans for clients across developmental levels.

The position also entails supervising staff, providing parent training, and supervising BCBA candidates while ensuring fidelity of treatment. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, with a Michigan license preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• State of Michigan Licensed BCBA.
• Two years of experience with individuals with ASD.
• Experience with behavior assessments and interventions for ASD.
• Develop programs for children and teens of various developmental levels.
• Direct and supervisory ABA hours including assessments and treatment planning.
• Supervise BCBA candidates after one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out function analyses and assessments.
• Develop treatment and behavior plans.
• Provide staff supervision and training.
• Offer parent training and clinical supervision for BCBA candidates.
• Oversee implementation and fidelity of treatment plans.
