Job summary

Judson Center in Warren, MI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position within our ABA program. The role includes function analysis, assessment, and development of treatment plans, along with staff supervision, parent training, and clinical supervision for BCBA candidates.

Candidates must be licensed in Michigan and hold BCBA certification. The position offers health and life insurance, a 401(k) match, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and BCBA certification required.
• Michigan licensed BCBA required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with individuals with ASD.
• Knowledge of behavior assessments and interventions for ASD.
• Ability to develop programs for children and teens at various developmental levels.
• Provide minimum 200 hours direct and supervision for ABA cases including assessments and planning.
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans and provide training to staff for fidelity.
• Supervise up to 2 BCBA candidates after 1 year of employment.
