Job summary

VG Systems, LLC is seeking a skilled Audio Visual Lead to provide broadcast‑quality support for auditorium environments, conferences, and special events. The role requires advanced knowledge of lighting, sound, and video systems in live or broadcast production, with a focus on meeting PWS objectives.

The candidate will oversee A/V equipment operation, coordinate with SMEs and leadership, and ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Studio Production, Music Production, or related arts with 5 years DoD/commercial VIPC-type contract experience.
• Associate degree with 7 years DoD/commercial VIPC-type contract experience.
• No substitutions beyond listed options.

Responsibilities

• Provide broadcast-quality A/V support for conferences, ceremonies, and events.
• Oversee A/V equipment operation with SMEs and leadership.
• Operate production lighting, audio controls, and video switching equipment.
• Ensure proficiency in video formatting and resolution conversion.
• Support integration of presentations, graphics, video content, and audio tracks.
• Develop original music scoring and soundtrack elements for events.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted events.
• Collaborate with teams to meet mission and event requirements.
• Create and update SOPs for A/V operations and workflows.
• Document procedures for consistency and compliance.
• Support Motion Media Services objectives as needed.
