• Advanced experience with Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms.
• Proven ability to lead multi-location deployments and vendors.
• Strong diagnostics for network, security, and endpoint issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical resource and escalation point for A/V systems across showrooms, rooms, and events.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize A/V and collaboration equipment.
• Establish room standards, baselines, procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Lead root-cause analysis for recurring issues and drive improvements.
• Coordinate upgrades, maintenance, and deployments, including cabling and mounting.
• Monitor portfolio and contribute to standards, roadmaps, and vendor decisions.
• Plan technology for internal events and external engagements; provide on-site or remote support.
