Sirius Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P) to join a leading aerospace organization in Mobile, Alabama. You will perform maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on aircraft systems to ensure safety, reliability, and airworthiness according to FAA regulations.

Candidates must hold a valid FAA A&P license, have 5–10 years of general aviation experience, and the ability to read FAA data and maintenance manuals.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
• Prior avionics experience.
• 5–10 years of general aviation aircraft maintenance experience.
• Ability to read FAA-approved data and maintenance manuals.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).

Responsabilidades

• Perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA-approved data and company procedures.
• Troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain aircraft systems and components.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and in compliance with FAA requirements.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance instructions.
• Utilize proper tooling and ensure calibrated equipment is used when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Participate in required training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the production of safe and airworthy aircraft.
