Airbus U.S. Space & Defense, Inc in Mobile, AL is seeking an experienced aviation mechanic to disassemble, inspect, repair, and test aircraft components in strict accordance with FAA maintenance data and manuals.

You will maintain safety standards and keep the work area clean and compliant with all regulations. Applicants should have a High School diploma and an Airframe and Power Plant license; additional Structures/Composites training is a plus.

Competenze

High School diploma.
Training in Airframe and Power Plant with emphasis on Structures and Composites is a plus.

Mansioni

Disassemble, clean, inspect, reassemble, repair, and test aircraft components in accordance with Component Maintenance Manuals, work instructions, and FAA requirements.
Perform maintenance in accordance with FAA data and standards of workmanship.
Maintain clean, hazard-free work area and follow safety precautions.
Record information on forms and aircraft maintenance documents per FAA requirements.
Use correct tools and ensure tooling is calibrated when necessary.
Comply with OSHA safety regulations and participate in on-the-job training.
