GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is seeking an FAA licensed A&P Mechanic to perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on AerSale's commercial aircraft at the Millington facility, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer data, and company policies.

The role requires reading manuals, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and collaborating with inspectors to uphold aircraft reliability and on-time delivery, with flexibility for overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• Minimum 1+ year of aircraft maintenance experience (Part 145 or 121 environment preferred).
• Experience on Boeing, Airbus, or regional jet platforms strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering data.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various commercial aircraft.
• Troubleshoot and correct mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system discrepancies.
• Replace or repair components such as engines, landing gear, flight controls, and structural parts.
• Utilize manufacturer maintenance manuals and FAA-approved data to ensure compliance.
• Record all work performed in aircraft maintenance logs accurately and timely.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist with engine runs, operational checks, and aircraft towing as required.
• Collaborate with quality inspectors and leads to ensure all work meets AerSale and FAA standards.
