This 1099 independent contractor role requires at least 5 years of professional recruiting experience within architecture, engineering, facilities, and related technical fields.

You will independently source, engage, screen, and place candidates, managing them through interviews and offers while building ongoing pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified architecture, engineering, facilities, and technical operations professionals for openings.
• Independently source and headhunt passive and active candidates.
• Conduct outreach, discovery, and screening of candidates.
• Evaluate qualifications against position requirements and licensure/certifications.
• Manage candidate communication through interviews, offers, and placement.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and follow-up.
