You will independently source and manage pipelines for positions like Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and MEP professionals, ensuring top candidates through the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting within the construction industry.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple searches and pipelines.
• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor on a commission-only basis.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified construction professionals for available openings
• Independently source and headhunt passive and active candidates
• Conduct candidate outreach, discovery, and screening
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
• Prepare accurate and complete candidate submissions
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process
• Follow candidates through interviews, offers, and placement
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and consistent follow-up
