Job summary

PhysicsX Ltd, New York, is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect for Aerospace & Defense. You will lead business development conversations with engineering and manufacturing leaders, own commercial outcomes, and oversee delivery results as Delivery Engineer.

This high‑profile role combines business development with execution, including shaping go‑to‑market, leading proposals, and maintaining executive relationships to expand the footprint. Travel 1–2 weeks/month, hybrid in NY.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in A&D in commercial, product, program, or engineering roles.
• Ability to lead conversations with chief engineers, VPs, and senior leaders.
• Experience turning customer relationships into growing programs and delivering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across Aerospace & Defense to identify and qualify opportunities.
• Shape go-to-market strategy with events, content, references and capabilities.
• Lead initial proposal and discovery conversations with senior engineering and program leaders.
• Own proposal development and scoping with commercial stakeholders.
• Lead delivery projects at enterprise customers with technical plans and teams.
• Manage strategic relationships and account plans to grow footprint.
• Synthesize customer needs into actionable product feedback for the PX Platform.
• Maintain a visible presence at major A&D industry events and travel 1–2 weeks/month.
