Bespoke Careers in Houston is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative for a showroom and field sales role focused on high‑end plumbing, cabinetry, doors, and related fixtures. You will consult with interior designers, builders, and homeowners to match project needs with our products and services.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in high end plumbing, kitchen and bath, or high-end building materials.
• A network of Houston-area designers, architects, and builder relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for designers, builders, and homeowners in the showroom.
• Manage the full sales cycle for high-end plumbing, cabinet, and door hardware.
• Prospect new business through lunch-and-learns, client visits, and industry networking.
• Leverage existing Houston design and construction relationships.
• Provide expert guidance on plumbing fixture selections.
• Collaborate with ownership to execute sales strategies and hit growth targets.
• Mentor junior showroom staff as the team expands.
