Job summary

Comfort Kitchen & Bath is seeking driven In-Home Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners across the Houston area and present customized bath remodeling solutions using our design tools and iPad-based presentations.

This performance-based role offers uncapped commissions, weekly pay, company-provided leads, and ongoing training, with potential to grow into a full-time W2 position as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement experience a strong plus).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in closing sales in a one-call environment.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Reliable transportation and local to the Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-qualified, company-provided appointments in customers’ homes
• Deliver a structured sales presentation using an iPad
• Design customized bath solutions using provided software
• Present pricing and close sales during the appointment
• Follow up as needed to secure decisions
• Attend sales training and team meetings as requested
