Zusammenfassung

DXC Technology is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales leader to accelerate Aerospace and Defense growth across primes, OEMs, and Tier 1/2 suppliers. You will shape strategy, win plans, and close multi-year services and transformation deals, leveraging DXC’s digital engineering, cloud, and data/AI capabilities.

You will build executive relationships early, navigate complex procurement processes, and manage long sales cycles in regulated environments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling to Aerospace and Defense accounts with long-cycle deals.
• Deep understanding of how public sector procurement and program buying work.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-year services and transformation deals.
• Familiarity with regulated environments including ITAR/export controls.
• Experience with defense primes, OEMs, and federal system integrators.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships early in planning and transformation.

• Own Aerospace and Defense growth, including pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Lead large, complex initiatives across digital engineering, modernization, data/AI, and cloud.
• Involve from qualification through win strategy, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Maintain after-close engagement for delivery and continued account growth.
• Navigate regulated environments and pursue IDIQs, GWACs, and long-cycle pursuits.
• Build trusted executive relationships with clients and partners.
