Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a multi-jurisdictional, multi-discipline emergency communications center within the last five years.
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to acquire mandated certifications during training (e.g., EMD, NIMS).

Responsibilities

• Handles emergency and non-emergency telephone and two-way radio communications for police, fire, and EMS.
• Participates in testing and hiring steps including NTN requirements and attestations.
