Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and planning for day-to-day operations of the County Communications Center.
• Directs staff, supervises assignments, trains, evaluates performance.
• Coordinates work schedules, ensures coverage, approves leave, and monitors shifts.
• Participates in recruitment, promotions, discipline, investigations, and related processes.
• Ensures policies, procedures, and training comply with mandates across personnel.
• Coordinates the Field Training Program for new hires.
• Analyzes call reviews and data to guide training and improvements.
• Maintains records and ensures CAD/GIS/GPS system familiarity.
