You will develop machining processes, verify through CMM data, and collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and first-pass quality on high-precision components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mastercam programming experience.
• Strong GD&T and print reading skills.
• Experience with 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and program machining processes for complex components using Mastercam.
• Design machining strategies and fixtures for 3–5 axis CNC machines.
• Own projects from concept through production release and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues on the shop floor.
• Interpret CMM data and validate with precision measuring tools.
• Mentor machinists, operators, and other programmers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in CAM workflows.
