Qualifications

• DoD Secret Clearance must be obtainable and maintained.
• Proficient in English, basic MS Windows, and math computations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmer and material planner for a small machine shop.
• Program for 3- or 4-axis CNC machines using Mastercam and SolidWorks CAM.
• Machine prototype components on CNC and manual mills/lathe machines.
• Read CAD/CAM drawings, verify tolerances, and ensure quality.
• Maintain machine shop equipment and implement best practices.
