Qualifications

• Senior-level experience independently programming complex, high-tolerance multi-axis components.
• Advanced Mastercam proficiency and 5-axis programming capability.
• Strong NC code knowledge, tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining capabilities.
• Ability to interpret drawings, CAD models, specifications, and GD&T.
• Experience with program verification and simulation software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced Mastercam programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills in aerospace/defense apps.
• Rapidly convert customer CAD models and drawings into accurate programs.
• Prioritize quick-turn programming with high quality and reliability.
• Select tools, strategies, speeds, feeds, and cutting parameters.
• Verify toolpaths with Mastercam and verification software to minimize collisions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production.
• Maintain organized programs and documentation; support multiple machines.
