Job summary

Jobot in Mukilteo, WA is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to lead 5+ axis Mastercam programming for aerospace/defense components. The role requires hands-on expertise, reading complex prints with GD&T, and working on 3–5 axis machines. You will own projects from concept through production while collaborating with shop floor, engineering, and quality teams.

The position is on-site with a 9/80 schedule. Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands on Mastercam programming experience.
• Strong print reading skills and understanding of GD&T.
• Experience with 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and program machining processes for complex components using Mastercam.
• Design machining strategies and fixtures for 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines.
• Own assigned projects from concept through production release and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues on the shop floor.
• Support and improve legacy part programs and existing production processes.
