Job summary

Tessera is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join its aerospace manufacturing facility in Auburn, WA. The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and verifying high-precision multi-axis CNC programs for complex components using Mastercam and Vericut.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of dedicated CNC programming experience in aerospace or defense, with strong GD&T knowledge and tool-path optimization skills. Day shift, full-time, hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of CNC programming experience in aerospace/defense.
• Proficient in GD&T per ASME Y14.5 and in cutting tool selection.

Responsibilities

• Create 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC programs from drawings and models.
• Use Vericut for digital simulation to verify zero collisions and optimize cycles.
• Collaborate with machinists during setup and first runs to troubleshoot code.
