Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years programming CNC machines using CAM software (Esprit, hyperMill).
- 5+ years of CNC setup & operation experience.
- Strong understanding of G-code/M-code programming.
- Expertise in multi-axis and 3D machining techniques.
- Experience with 5-axis mills, live tooling lathes, mill-turns, or multi-task machines.
Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and drawings to plan machining processes.
- Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC milling/turning machines (5-axis).
- Design fixtures and tooling to meet project requirements.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust processes for quality.
- Perform in-process and final inspections to verify parts meet specs.
