Job summary

Anduril Industries in Morrisville, NC is seeking a CNC Programmer/Operator to program, set up and run 4- and 5-axis CNC machines for aerospace-grade prototypes. You will work across engineering, quality, and assembly to ensure high-tolerance parts, develop fixturing, and support new manufacturing processes.

The role requires at least 5 years using Mastercam, G/M code, and multi-axis machining, with on-site work Monday–Friday in Morrisville, NC. Candidates must be eligible for a U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a programmer using Mastercam or similar CAM software.
• Prototyping, R&D, and short production experience.
• Clear understanding of G and M code.
• High level of familiarity with multi-axis and 3D machining.
• Experience with 4/5 axis milling machines and 5 axis routers.
• Strong tooling and fixturing experience; take ownership end-to-end.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret clearance.
• On-site in Morrisville, NC; remote work not considered.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
• Programming of CNC multi-axis routers, mills, and lathes.
• Design, spec out, and implement work holding and fixturing methods.
• Troubleshoot issues and adjust during manufacturing.
• Perform quality control during and after the manufacturing process.
