Job summary

Fuller Technologies in Northampton, PA is seeking an experienced CNC professional to run and set up 5-axis mills on a day shift. You’ll own jobs end-to-end—from blueprint to inspection—ensuring each part meets spec, tolerances are tight, and cycles run efficiently and safely.

You bring hands-on 5-axis milling expertise, strong setup and measurement skills, and GD&T know-how. DMG Mori experience is preferred; other 5-axis platforms are welcome.

Qualifications

• 5-axis CNC milling experience required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Proficient in GD&T application.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges for precision measurement.

Responsibilities

• Configure, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC mills.
• Run production on DMG Mori and similar platforms.
• Interpret prints, models, and machining specifications with confidence.
• Set tooling, establish offsets, and verify workholding and fixtures.
• Inspect parts using precision instruments to confirm tolerances.
• Tune programs, offsets, and tooling to sustain part quality and throughput.
• Troubleshoot machining issues to keep production moving.
• Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
