• Partner with engineering to troubleshoot, iterate, and improve manufacturability.
• Ramp into programming: refine/edit programs and progress to full CNC programming within 6–12 months (e.g., Mastercam).
• Machine materials including exotic alloys like Inconel and additively manufactured parts.
