Job summary

Fuller Technologies in Northampton, PA is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with hands-on 5-axis milling to join our manufacturing team on the day shift. You will set up and operate 5-axis CNC mills, read blueprints, verify tolerances with micrometers and calipers, and troubleshoot to keep production moving.

DMG Mori experience is preferred; candidates with similar equipment are encouraged to apply. A strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality are required.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience with 5-axis CNC milling.
• CNC machine setup experience.
• Ability to independently read and work from blueprints.
• Experience with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, speeds, feeds, and tolerances.
• DMG Mori experience is strongly preferred, but candidates with comparable 5-axis equipment experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

CNC Machinist – 5-Axis Mill | Day Shift

Fuller Technologies is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Northampton, PA. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity for a skilled machinist with hands-on 5-axis milling experience.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Work with DMG Mori equipment
