Job summary

Ubiquity Retirement + Savings in the United States is seeking an experienced leader to own and grow the onboarding function for our fintech retirement platform. You will design scalable processes, recruit and mentor a team, and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver smooth customer experiences.

The role emphasizes building training, playbooks, and workflows, while upholding timelines, quality, and SLAs to ensure fast, accurate onboarding for small businesses choosing our 401(k)

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading customer-facing teams in fintech.
• Proven ability to build onboarding processes from scratch.
• Strong analytical, precise approach and ability to work with product/engineering.
• Experience building training materials and playbooks is a plus.
