Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Retirement & Benefits Specialist to support the administration, compliance, and day-to-day operation of the U.S. retirement programs, focusing on the 401(k) plan.

The role works closely with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure accurate data and timely processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on 401(k) administration experience and familiarity with health and welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or finance.
• 5+ years hands-on 401(k) or qualified retirement plan administration.
• Experience with ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements for defined contribution plans.
• Experience administering 401(k) contributions, reconciliations, eligibility, distributions, loans, and employer match.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day administration of the 401(k) plan, including eligibility and enrollment.
• Monitor and reconcile employee and employer contributions for accurate funding.
• Coordinate corrections for missed deductions, calculation errors, and disputes.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HRIS to maintain plan data and interfaces.
• Support Form 5500 preparation and retirement plan audit processes.
• Assist with participant notices, disclosures, and plan communications.
