Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Retirement & Benefits Specialist to manage 401(k) plans, benefit programs, and related governance for our U.S. workforce.

The role collaborates with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external partners to ensure accurate administration and compliance while supporting broader benefit programs. The ideal candidate has hands-on 401(k) experience, ERISA knowledge, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on 401(k) administration experience.
• Working knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements applicable to defined contribution plans.
• Experience with 401(k) contributions, reconciliations, eligibility, distributions, loans, and employer match administration.
• Experience supporting compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, and retirement plan audits.
• Experience working with retirement plan recordkeepers and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day 401(k) plan operations and enrollment.
• Monitor contributions, funding, and corrections.
• Coordinate compliance testing and filings (Form 5500).
• Support broader health and welfare benefits administration.
• Maintain governance and audit documentation.
