Job summary

Earned is seeking a Retirement Plan Specialist to deliver comprehensive administration for Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans. You will work with clients to support plan design, regulatory compliance, testing, and government reporting, ensuring accuracy and high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include reconciling assets, calculating contribution limits, preparing filings, and communicating with clients and employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in pension or retirement plan administration.
• Experience with plan design, regulatory compliance, nondiscrimination testing, and government filings is preferred.
• Strong math and data analysis skills to calculate limits and apply regulatory rules.
• Ability to communicate clearly by phone and email with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile plan assets and ensure accuracy between trust records and plan data.
• Determine contributions and limit amounts in accordance with regulations.
• Perform nondiscrimination and compliance testing for qualified plans.
• Prepare administrative reports, participant statements, and IRS filings.
• Communicate with clients and employees regarding plan administration matters.
• Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Apply judgment to resolve issues while remaining professional.
• Collaborate with team members to promote cooperation and productivity.
