Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Greenville, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst (Superintendent) for the 3rd Shift to lead operations with world-class manufacturing practices. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics while managing processes and people on the shop floor.

The role requires leading teams, coaching and developing talent, and delivering cost-saving initiatives within the shift.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
4+ years of manufacturing experience.
3+ years of experience leading people in a manufacturing environment.
WCM knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all activities on 3rd Shift across Operations, Quality, EH&S, Maintenance, and Materials to meet KPI targets for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
Serve as the communication link with other shifts to ensure data clarity and issue escalation.
Lead safety walk actions to ensure worker safety and ergonomics.
Address quality issues with root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Deliver Level Plan volume per the Operational Plan; coordinate run plans and scheduling.
Control Manpower costs with RTR-guided resource utilization.
Deliver cost-saving projects within assigned resource targets.
Cascade Leadership Model and Values to improve culture and engagement.
Coach peers and subordinates; develop future talent and skills.
