Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation on Marion Operations is seeking a Production/Operations Analyst for the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am). You will lead a team responsible for daily production, safety, quality, and delivery targets, while applying World Class Manufacturing methods to improve performance and people outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Operations or Engineering and 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, plus strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations or Engineering required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and strong written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production line or area to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement World Class Manufacturing tools.
• Develop and support team members and assess performance.
• Ensure accurate daily time and attendance records for reports.
