Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Greenville, OH is seeking a Senior Analyst / Warehousing Supervisor on the 2nd shift to own the end-to-end operational flow within the distribution center. You will supervise daily logistics, coordinate with manufacturing divisions, and drive Lean process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.

Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, managing safety and quality, and mentoring team members. Flexibility to move across shifts may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing techniques preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire operational flow through the building during 2nd shift; establish work schedules and assign duties.
• Oversee safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance against goals.
• Coordinate distribution center functions and inventory deployment to maximize efficiency.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; lead root-cause investigations for issues.
• Own supply ordering, PO creation, and operational reporting.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Promote positive employee relations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools and data-driven problem solving.
• Support campus projects and lead implementation of future-state developments.
