Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Senior 3PL Program Manager to oversee regional outbound logistics, manage 3PL partners, and optimize fulfillment spend. You’ll own the analytics of our fulfillment spend and identify margin leakage while improving carrier networks.

You’ll coordinate with Data/Systems to build dashboards tracking OTIF and shipping margins, and collaborate on launches and seasonality to ensure cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Progressive experience in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL management or outbound logistics.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing logistics budgets and cost analyses.
• Analytical and data-driven, able to translate data into strategic narratives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to solve complex operational problems with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional outbound operations, ensuring 3PL partners meet SLAs for order processing.
• Oversee regional fulfillment budgets and reduce cost per order via optimization.
• Direct fulfillment analytics with dashboards tracking OTIF and shipping margin leakage.
• Collaborate on product launches and surges, modeling fulfillment costs for volume spikes.
• Develop outbound routing guides, balancing cost and promised delivery dates.
• Integrate exception data into continuous improvement and reduce reshipment costs.
• Mentor coordinators on using logistics data to justify changes and vendor negotiations.
• Lead regional reverse logistics and cross-border distribution with tax compliance.
